Sindh Department: Decision to grant teaching licenses to teachers who pass the teachers’ license test this month. Teaching licenses will be given to 620 candidates. Test-pass candidates will be appointed or promoted as elementary school teachers in grade 16. An important meeting of the Sindh School Education Department chaired by Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah was held. The meeting discussed the issuance of teachers’ licenses, school upgradation, and digitizing student attendance. Decisions were also made regarding school infrastructure, student-teacher ratio review, monitors, and other important matters. Under the school upgradation policy, 10,000 schools in Sindh will be upgraded from primary to post-primary schools. The provincial education minister has directed to quickly implement the upgradation plan for more than 2,000 primary schools in the first phase. Upgradation of schools will make it easier for 8 to 1 million children to complete their education up to middle. Sindh Education Minister: Tests have been conducted for the jobs of Monitoring Assistant, Sub-Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Early Child Teachers in the School Education Department. Awareness: The recruitment phase of Monitoring Assistant, Sub-Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Early Child Teachers should be completed soon. The Sindh Education Minister also directed to complete the ongoing development projects of the School Education Department as soon as possible and to prepare PC-1 of new and necessary schemes as soon as possible. محکمہ سندھ : رواں ماہ ٹیچرز لائسنس ٹیسٹ پاس امیدواروں کو ٹیچنگ لائسنس دینے کا فیصلہٹیچنگ لائسنس 620 امیدواروں کو دیا جاۓ گا۔ ٹیسٹ پاس امیدواروں کی گریڈ 16 میں ایلمنٹری اسکول ٹیچر کے طور تعیناتی یا پروموشن کیا جاۓ گا۔
وزیر تعلیم سندھ سید سردار علی شاہ کی زیر صدارت محکمہ اسکول ایجوکیشن سندھ کا اہم اجلاساجلاس میں ٹیچرز لائسنس کا اجراء، اسکول اپگریڈیشن، طلباء کی حاضری کو ڈجیٹلائیز کرنے کے حوالے سے بات کی گئی۔اسکول انفرا اسٹرکچر، اسٹوڈنٹ ٹیچر تناسب کے جائزے سمیت مانیٹر اور دیگر اہم معاملات کے سلسلے میں بھی فیصلے کیے گئے۔رواں ماہ ٹیچرز لائسنس ٹیسٹ پاس امیدواروں کو ٹیچنگ لائسنس دینے کا فیصلہٹیچنگ لائسنس 620 امیدواروں کو دیا جاۓ گا۔ ٹیسٹ پاس امیدواروں کی گریڈ 16 میں ایلمنٹری اسکول ٹیچر کے طور تعیناتی یا پروموشن کیا جاۓ گا۔اسکول اپگریڈیشن پالیسی کے تحت سندھ کے 10 ہزار اسکولز کو پرائمری سے پوسٹ پرائمری اسکول میں اپ گریڈ کیا جائے گا۔ صوبائی وزیر تعلیم نے پہلے مرحلے میں 2 ہزار سے زائد پرائمری اسکول کی اپگریڈیشن پلان پر جلد عمل درآمد کرنے کی ہدایتاسکول کی اپگریڈیشن سے 8 سے 10 لاکھ بچوں کو مڈل تک تعلیم مکمل کرنے میں آسانی ہوگی۔ سید سردار علی شاہ گزشتہ مالی سال کے اختتام یعنی 30 جون 2025 تک آئی بی اے پاس 93118 اساتذہ کو آفر لیٹرز جاری کیے گئے۔ ایچ آر ونگ کی آگاہینئے اساتذہ کا ڈیٹابیس مکمل کر کے ان کی تنخواہوں کے حوالے سے ضروری کارروائی جلد مکمل کی جاۓ۔ سید سردار علی شاہ اساتذہ کی کمی پوری ہوچکی، اب کوئی بھی اسکول استاد نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے بند نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔ وزیر تعلیم سندھمحکمہ اسکول ایجوکیشن میں مانیٹرنگ اسسٹنٹ، سب انجنیئر، الیکٹریکل انجنیئر اور ارلی چائلڈ ٹیچرز کی نوکریوں کے لیے ٹیسٹ لیے جا چکے ہیں۔ آگاہیمانیٹرنگ اسسٹنٹ، سب انجنیئر، الیکٹریکل انجنیئر اور ارلی چائلڈ ٹیچرز کی بھرتیوں کے مرحلے کو جلد مکمل کیا جاۓ۔ سید سردار علی شاہاسکولز کی نیڈ بیسڈ اسسمینٹ کی جاۓ تا کہ اس بات کا اندازہ لگایا جا سکے کہ صوبہ کے کن اضلاع کے اسکلولز میں اساتذہ کی زیادہ ضرورت ہے۔ سید سردار علی شاہکلسٹر پالیسی کے فوری نفاذ کے لیے فوری اقدامات جلد مکمل کیے جائیں۔ وزیر تعلیم سندھمحکمہ اسکول ایجوکیشن کے جاری ترقیاتی منصوبوں کو جلد مکمل کرنے اور نئی اور ضروری اسکیمز کی پی سی ون جلد تیار کرنے کی بھی ہدایتاجلاس میں سیکریٹری اسکول ایجوکیشن سندھ زاہد علی عباسی، اسپیشل سیکریٹری تعلیم سید جنید احمد، چیف پروگرام مینجر آر ایس یو ڈاکٹر جنید سموں، ڈی جی پی ڈی اینڈ آر عبدالقدیر انصاری، ایگزیکیوٹو ڈائریکٹر اسٹیڈا رسول بخش شاہ، ڈائریکٹر ایچ آر کشور کمار، مانیٹرنگ اینڈ اویلوئیشن ونگ کے افسران اور دیگر افسران نے شرکت کی۔
